These Terms & Conditions apply to all giveaways, competitions and promotional campaigns run by Oak & Ember unless otherwise stated.
By entering any Oak & Ember giveaway, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

- Employees of Oak & Ember and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. Giveaway Period
The opening and closing dates for each giveaway will be stated within the giveaway announcement post, email or webpage.
Entries submitted after the stated closing date will not be counted.
4. How to Enter
Entry requirements will be outlined in the relevant giveaway announcement.
Examples may include:
- Following Oak & Ember social media accounts
- Liking or sharing a post
- Tagging friends
- Joining the Oak & Ember newsletter
- Completing an online entry form
- Making a qualifying purchase (where applicable)
No purchase is necessary unless explicitly stated.
5. Winner Selection
- Winners will be selected at random unless otherwise stated.
- The winner may be contacted via email or social media direct message.
- If a winner does not respond within 7 days, Oak & Ember reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6. Prizes
- Prize details will be described in the giveaway announcement.
- Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
- Oak & Ember reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value where necessary.
7. Delivery
- Delivery is included for UK winners unless otherwise stated.
- Oak & Ember is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs or circumstances outside of our control.
- International winners may be responsible for any import duties or taxes where applicable.
8. Social Media Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or any other social media platform used to promote the giveaway.
By entering, participants release these platforms from any responsibility related to the promotion.
9. Publicity
By entering the giveaway, winners may be asked for permission to allow Oak & Ember to share their first name, social media handle or submitted content for promotional purposes.
Permission will always be requested before use.
10. Data Protection & Privacy
Any personal data supplied during the course of a giveaway will only be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and Oak & Ember’s Privacy Policy.
Your information will never be sold to third parties.
11. Right to Amend or Cancel
Oak & Ember reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any giveaway where necessary due to circumstances outside of its control or where fraud, technical failures or other issues compromise the integrity of the promotion.
12. General
- Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent or violate the giveaway rules may be disqualified.
- Oak & Ember’s decision regarding any aspect of the giveaway is final.
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
